Plan the frame before cutting
Draw the outside dimensions, mark each connection and calculate the actual cut length of every profile. Connector geometry can change the required length, so confirm the assembly method before cutting the final pieces.
Check the longest unsupported span and the expected load. PVC is well suited to light-duty structures, but it is less stiff than aluminium and may need shorter spans or additional bracing.
